§1 General Provisions

1. Online shop available at www.sayomatcha.com conducted by: Sayo Matcha sp. z o.o., Jana Heweliusza 11 / 811, 80-890 Gdańsk, KRS: 0001257379, NIP: 5833575342.

3. The terms and conditions set out the rules for using the shop, placing orders, and concluding deeds of sale and the rules complaints and returns.
4. The client is obliged to familiarise themselves with the Terms and Conditions before placing an order.

§2 Definitions

• Seller – Sayo Matcha sp. z o.o.
• Shop – online shop SAYO MATCHA
• Client – a natural person, legal person or organisational unit making the purchase
• Consumer – a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business or trade
• Sales contract – distance contract between the Customer and the Seller

§3 Placing orders

1. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day via the shop's website.
2. To place an order, the Customer:
   • chooses product,
   • adds it to the basket,
   • completes the data,
   • chooses a delivery and payment method,
   • approves the order.
3. Placing an order means conclusion of a sales contract.
4. After placing an order, the customer receives a confirmation to their email address.

§4 Prices and Payments

1. All prices shown in the shop are prices including VAT (VAT included).
2. Payment methods available:
   • Przelewy24
   • PayU
   • debit card payment
3. Order fulfilment commences upon receipt of payment.

§5 Delivery

1. Deliveries are made within Poland.
2. Available delivery methods:
   • InPost (Parcel Lockers / Courier)
   • Orlen Parcel
   • other options available in the basket
3. Delivery time is up to 72 hours from the time of dispatch, excluding public holidays.
4. Order fulfilment time (preparation + shipping) is calculated from the moment payment is received.
5. The seller is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.

§6 Withdrawal from the contract (returns)

1. The consumer has the right withdraw from the contract on time 14 days from receipt of the order without giving a reason.
2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform the Seller by e-mail.
3. The goods should be returned to the address indicated by the Seller within 14 days of notification.
4. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
5. The cost of the return is borne by the Customer.
6. The right of return does not apply in the case of:
   • food products upon opening the packaging,
   • perishable goods.

§7 Complaints

1. The seller is responsible for conformity of goods with the contract.
2. Complaints should be sent to the following address: kontakt@sayomatcha.com
3. The complaint should include:
   • Customer details,
   • Problem description.,
   • Order number.
4. Complaints are considered within 14 days.

§8 Personal data

1. The data controller is Sayo Matcha sp. z o.o.
2. Data is processed for the purpose of:
   • order fulfilment,
   • Customer service,
   • compliance with legal obligations.
3. Details regarding data processing can be found in Privacy Policy.

§9 Final Provisions

1. The regulations are subject to Polish law.
2. In matters not covered by these provisions, the following regulations shall apply:
   • Civil Code
   • consumer rights acts
3. The seller reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions.
4. The current version of the Terms and Conditions is available on the shop's website.

§10 Out-of-court dispute resolution

1. The consumer has the option to use out-of-court complaint resolution methods.
