Delivery options

We fulfil orders throughout Poland using:

• InPost (Parcel Lockers / Courier)

• Orlen Parcel

• Other available options visible in the basket

Lead time

• Orders are dispatched upon receipt of payment.

• Delivery time is up to 72 hours from dispatch.

• Deliveries are made on working days (Monday–Friday)

This time does not include weekends or public holidays.

Delivery charges

Delivery costs depend on the chosen method and are shown in your basket before you place your order.

Additional information

• After shipping, the customer receives a tracking number

• The seller is not liable for delays caused by courier companies.

Phrases

Right of withdrawal from the contract

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the order without stating a reason.

Return procedure

2. The message must include the order number and information about the return.

3. The product should be returned to ul. Pomorska 104/2, 80-298 Czaple

Repayment

• Repayments will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

• The payment will be refunded by the same method it was made.

Return cost

The cost of returning a product is borne by the Customer.

Exclusions from the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal from the contract does not apply in the case of:

• food products after opening the packaging

• products which, for reasons of hygiene, cannot be resold after opening

Complaints

In the event of the product not conforming to the contract or being damaged:

2. The application must include:

   • Order number

   • Problem description

   • photos (if possible)

Requests are processed within 14 days.
