These biscuits are addictive.<\/strong> And it's not just about the caffeine. Crispy on the outside with a subtle green shell, hiding a soft and moist interior.<\/p>\n\n

Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n

-180g Flour<\/span>
<\/span>-2 tablespoons Culinary Matcha<\/span>
<\/span>- 1 tablespoon of milk powder <\/span>
<\/span>-\u00bd teaspoon baking powder <\/span>
<\/span>-\u00bd teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda <\/span>
<\/span>-1 teaspoon of salt<\/span>
<\/span>-120g butter (82% fat content)<\/span>
<\/span>-150g icing sugar <\/span>
<\/span>-1 L-sized egg<\/span>
<\/span>a pinch of vanilla extract <\/span>
<\/span>- 120g white chocolate, broken into pieces (not too finely).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/section>\n

Method of execution:<\/strong><\/h5>\n

<\/span>1<\/strong>.Using a mixer on high speed, beat the egg, icing sugar and butter for about 6 minutes<\/strong>.<\/span><\/h5>\n

<\/span>2<\/strong>.Add the flour, powdered milk, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, salt and vanilla extract to the beaten mixture. Mix everything thoroughly<\/strong> with a mixer until the ingredients are combined.<\/span><\/h5>\n

<\/span>3<\/strong>.Finally, add the chopped chocolate and mix to distribute it evenly throughout the mixture. <\/span><\/h5>\n
4<\/strong>.Divide the prepared mixture into 9 parts<\/strong> and roll them into balls. Put the balls in the fridge for about 15 minutes<\/strong>.<\/span><\/h5>\n

<\/span>5<\/strong>.Preheat the oven to 180 degrees<\/strong> (using the fan oven setting) and bake for about 12\u201313 minutes.<\/span><\/h5>\n

<\/span>6<\/strong>.Once they\u2019re done, take the biscuits out of the oven and Let them cool down. <\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n
