    • The Regulations define the rules for using the store, placing orders, concluding sales contracts, as well as the rules for complaints and returns.<\/h6><\/li>

        \u00a73 Placing orders<\/b><\/h6>
        1. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day via the shop's website.<\/h6><\/li>
        2. To place an order, the Customer:<\/h6>
          • chooses product,<\/h6><\/li>
          • adds it to the basket,<\/h6><\/li>
          • completes the data,<\/h6><\/li>
          • chooses a delivery and payment method,<\/h6><\/li>
          • approves the order.<\/h6><\/li><\/ul><\/li>
          • Placing an order signifies the conclusion of a sales agreement.<\/h6><\/li>
          • After placing an order, the customer receives a confirmation to their email address.<\/h6><\/li><\/ol>
            \u00a74 Prices and Payments<\/b><\/h6>
            1. All prices shown in the shop are gross prices (include VAT).<\/h6><\/li>

                  • Delivery time is up to 72 hours\u00a0hours from the time of shipment<\/b>, excluding public holidays.<\/h6><\/li>
                  • Order fulfilment time (preparation + shipping) is calculated from the moment payment is received.<\/h6><\/li>
                  • The seller is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.<\/h6><\/li><\/ol>
                    \u00a76 Withdrawal from the contract (returns)<\/b><\/h6>
                    1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 days<\/b> from receipt of the order without giving a reason.<\/h6><\/li>
                    2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform the Seller by e-mail.<\/h6><\/li>
                    3. The goods should be returned to the address indicated by the Seller within 14 days of notification.<\/h6><\/li>
                    4. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.<\/h6><\/li>
                    5. The cost of the return is borne by the Customer.<\/h6><\/li>
                    6. The right of return does not apply in the case of:<\/h6>
                      • food products after opening the packaging,<\/h6><\/li>
                      • perishable goods.<\/h6><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol>
