Delivery options<\/span><\/h2>

We fulfil orders throughout Poland using:<\/span><\/p>

  • InPost (Parcel Lockers \/ Courier)<\/span><\/li>
  • Orlen Parcel<\/span><\/li>
  • Other available options visible in the basket<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    Lead time<\/span><\/h2>
    • Orders are dispatched upon receipt of payment.<\/span><\/li>
    • Delivery time is up to 72 hours from the time of dispatch<\/strong><\/span><\/li>
    • Deliveries are made on working days (Monday\u2013Friday)<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      This time does not include weekends or public holidays.<\/span><\/p>

      Delivery charges<\/span><\/h2>

      Delivery costs depend on the chosen method and are shown in your basket before you place your order.<\/span><\/p>

      Additional information<\/span><\/h2>
      • After shipping, the customer receives a tracking number<\/span><\/li>
      • The seller is not liable for delays caused by courier companies.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

        Returns and cancellation of contract<\/span><\/h2>

        Right of withdrawal from the contract<\/span><\/h3>

        The consumer has the right withdraw from the contract<\/strong> on time 14 days<\/strong> from receipt of the order without giving a reason.<\/span><\/p>

        2. The message must include the order number and information about the return.<\/span><\/li>
        3. The product should be returned to the following address: 104\/2 Pomorska Street, 80-298 Czaple<\/strong><\/span><\/li><\/ol>

          Repayment<\/span><\/h3>
          • Repayment<\/strong> takes place within 14 days of receiving the returned product<\/span><\/li>
          • The payment will be refunded by the same method it was made.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

            Return cost<\/span><\/h3>

            The cost of returning a product is borne by the Customer.<\/span><\/p>

            Exclusions from the right of withdrawal<\/span><\/h3>

            The right of withdrawal from the contract does not apply in the case of:<\/span><\/p>

            • food products<\/strong> upon opening the package<\/span><\/li>
            • products which, for reasons of hygiene, cannot be resold after opening<\/span><\/li><\/ul>
